Based on the movements of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic class that will help you build strength, mobility, & co-ordination. Movements are fluid in connection to the breath. This class can feel physically challenging but fun.

 

Yin | Meditation | Restorative

A slower paced style of classes, ranging from long held postures, to using props to create an experience of deep relaxation. Learn to embody qualities of stillness and calm even when confronted with challenge.

 

One-to-one

 

Tailor your class specifically to your needs, identifying performance goals, physical or mental, and methods to meet them, while finding a new appreciation for process and progress in each session.

I identify the demands & needs of your chosen sport and develop a programme of yoga to complement your performance and enhance your physical and mental resilience.

 

Celebrate your pregnancy, meet other mums-to-be, and practice techniques that will provide confidence and ease during pregnancy and labour.

 

Mum&Baby

Following the arrival of your baby, re-connect with the women you met before and spend time bonding with your baby while also finding ways to ease the mental & physical demands of early motherhood.
