I offer a variety of yoga classes adapted to you.

I believe that everyone can benefit from practicing yoga in all of its forms. In each yoga class, I include elements of breathwork, meditation, postures, and deep relaxation.

When these elements are combined a yoga class becomes more than simply stretching or strengthening (though these two things alone are very worthwhile!). It becomes a reset for our nervous system, an opportunity to bolster our immune system, and most people describe a sense of calm and feeling of being more connected to their own centre.

Over the years I’ve enjoyed specialising our yoga classes so that they are more relevant to the students’ needs and aspirations. We can work together to define your needs, priorities and focus, so that we can explore the most relevant learning points together. This means over time, whether its one class or many, students notice improvements in their posture, strength, mobility, mental clarity, breathing, confidence and comfort.

I dedicate myself and encourage participants to consider all other elements of a yoga practice that can enhance their daily life.
